On October 10, 2024, U.S. Senator Daniel B. Brewster's son Gerry was invited to speak about John Frece's critically-acclaimed biography of his father, Self-Destruction: The rise, fall, and redemption of U.S. Senator Daniel B. Brewster, at the Barn @ Downing Yudain, an art gallery owned by David Yudain and Lily Downing in Stamford, Connecticut.

Both the Greenwich Sentinel and the Fairfield County Look published articles about Brewster's presentation, which was well-received by attendees.
